Running: Doing the Barefoot Thing
So after my last few attempts at running, usually brought to an end by the onset of winter, I have decided to try barefoot running. I have read Barefoot Running: Step by Step and am fairly inspired to give it a try. I will be following the routine as laid out in the Ease into 5K iPhone App. Hopefully that will allow a gentle enough transition that I don’t end up with too many aches and pains.
I know winter is on it’s way so my challenge is to get into a routine that will allow me to run through winter.
